Apart from organising conferences and exhibitions across the country, Team AIM also gets involved in organising cultural evenings, entertainment events, musical extravaganza and so on. For the events that have been organized so far, AIM has been involved in the planning and conceptualising whole performance, stage management, lighting set-up, green room management, organising audio visual equipment, smart lights, liaison with the artist and his/her troops, crowd control, security arrangements etc. It also involves obtaining various licences and permissions for the performance.
